7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@cartneed.com . Returns should be sent to the provided address. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 7-Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days, for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take additional time. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return, please contact us at support@cartneed.com.
